Cally Desk provides AI-powered receptionist, chat, and booking software for small businesses. This policy applies to all users of callydesk.com and the Cally Desk service.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Call Recordings and Transcripts
Call recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only authorized personnel and you may access them. Default retention is 90 days, after which recordings are automatically deleted unless your plan specifies otherwise.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), strict access controls, and follow SOC 2 aligned practices. We continuously monitor for unauthorized access.
